Where will I meet my chauffeur?
For airport pickups, your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name board with "Altus" and your name. For hotel or residence pickups, they will wait at the main reception or designated entrance.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust their arrival time accordingly at no extra cost to ensure they are there when you land.
Are child seats available?
Yes, we provide high-quality child seats upon request. Please select the number of seats required in the booking form or mention it in the "Additional Information" for custom quotes.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
How is my personal data protected?
We take your privacy seriously. Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used only for booking management, service delivery, and customer support. We never sell your data to third parties. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.
How can I contact support?
You can reach our support team by email at support@altustransfers.com or by filling out the inquiry form on our Support page. We respond within 24 hours.
What are the baggage rules?
Each vehicle class shows its maximum luggage capacity during booking. We recommend mentioning the number of bags and their approximate size in the notes field so we can dispatch the right vehicle.

Standard allowance per passenger:
– 1 small personal item (laptop bag, camera, small backpack) inside the cabin.
– 1 medium suitcase (up to 20 kg) stored in the trunk.

For safety, all luggage must remain in the trunk — nothing may be placed in the passenger area. If you're unsure whether your bags will fit, please contact us at least 24 hours before pick-up so we can check availability for a larger vehicle. Our standard cancellation policy applies if extra luggage prevents the trip from going ahead.
What happens if I don't show up at pick-up?
If you are not at the agreed pick-up location within the free waiting time after the scheduled pick-up, and we cannot reach you by phone, the reservation will be marked as a no-show. The full trip cost will be charged in this case. Please always keep your phone reachable on the day of travel.
What if my driver doesn't arrive?
You will receive your driver's contact details by email and SMS at least one hour before your scheduled pick-up. If the driver has not arrived, try calling them first. If you cannot reach the driver, contact our support team immediately at support@altustransfers.com so we can arrange an alternative. Please notify us within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time — beyond that window, we cannot guarantee a replacement.
Can I request special services like transporting children or pets?
Child seats can be selected during booking. For pets, bulky equipment, or any other special request, please mention it in the notes field when booking so we can confirm availability with the driver in advance. If the driver is unable to accommodate an unannounced request on the day of travel and you choose to cancel, the full trip fare still applies.
Can the driver refuse my trip?
A driver may decline the service if the passenger violates vehicle conduct rules, if the request conflicts with local transport regulations, or if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity. In all other situations, our drivers are committed to delivering a safe and comfortable experience.
Will I get the exact car shown in the photos?
The vehicle images on our website represent the class of vehicle you are booking, not a specific model. Actual vehicles may vary by region. An upgrade to a higher-class vehicle may occur at no extra charge. If you book a Van, an SUV of equivalent capacity may be used instead — and vice versa. For bookings requiring a minibus (12–16 seats), the trip may be fulfilled with two or more Vans or SUVs. We cannot guarantee specific colors or models as vehicles depend on local fleet availability.
What are the rules inside the vehicle?
For everyone's safety and comfort, we ask passengers to follow these rules:

– No smoking inside the vehicle.
– Seat belts must be worn at all times.
– Please treat the vehicle with care.

If these rules are broken — for example through vandalism, damage, or behavior that creates an unsafe environment — the full fare remains due. The driver may also request compensation for any necessary repairs or cleaning caused by the passenger.
